Want to learn how to make a website?

When i first downloaded wordpress years ago, i just scratched my head after i eventually figured out how to download it.
Things have certainly changed.
You can now download a free program that will install wordpress on your computer Locally.

By installing wordpres locally on your computer, you can create a website without having to upload it to a server or purchasing a domain, or a .com.
You can load up the program local , follow the prompts to create a new wordpress site and then watch some utube videos on how to make a website on wordpress.
I have found a fantastic video that is quite recent and it is a great way to start.

This Tutorial is by far the best. It is quite long but is very detailed. You can skip the first section on getting a domain.
By making a local wordpress site you dont need to have any knowledge about hosting online.
You can even view your website on your mobile phone to see what it would look like if it was online.

Still too hard?

If you are still unsure about how to install local on your computer, message me.
I can install it for you remotely, using another small program.
You will be able to see your mouse pointer moving and see what i am doing.
It even has a chat box like messenger in case you have any questions.

Checking the performance of your site

This is something you will eventually get around to once you are online and in google searches.
