I am booked in tomorrow for my Tai Chi course.
I have wanted to learn for so long.
So finding somewhere nearby has been great.
My first lesson is tomorrow afternoon

Well I went and had my first lesson.
After 1 hour of trying to keep my balance and shifting my weight, I was exhausted.
Its certainly harder than it looks.
I have a lot of practice to do this week to be able to do the first moves correctly.
Luckily i am not alone. Almost nobody can do it the first time.
